What’s the difference between your DIY, DIWY, and DIFY services?
DIY: You do it yourself using my easy-to-follow resources.
DIWY (Do It With You): You stay in charge, but I offer coaching, check-ins, and support to guide you.
DIFY (Do It For You): I handle the monthly bookkeeping for you and send you clear reports so you can just focus on your business.
Can you help me if I’m behind on my books?

Do you offer refunds?
Because all products are digital or time-based services, all sales are final. That said, I want you to feel supported — so if you have any concerns, reach out and we’ll chat.
Do you offer help with taxes or year-end filing?
Not directly — but my services are designed to help you get and stay organized all year long so that your tax season is less stressful (and your accountant loves you). If you’re looking for tax-specific help, I’m happy to refer you to a tax pro.
